This is a popular dive with the plane upside down in just 60’ of water. Much of the plane is buried in the mud as can be seen by the imagery.
The coordinates to this dive site are publicly available but despite the ease of access to this site please do not anchor or hook this plane. As will all the planes in Lake Washington the thin metal skin is very sensitive to damage. This is a large plane so dropping 50’ away with a light lead shot will still allow easy navigation to the wreck.
